Cape May - On our weekend visit to our Cape May home, I noticed a house near our neighborhood on Kearney Ave. is being demolished. On the property, outside is a refrigerator with its door still attached. Very disturbing, even though there are not many children around this time of year. Isn't this illegal? Who's responsible, the owner or the builder?
