Cape May - Our ladies' club meets the second Monday of every month. Our president called an establishment to make reservations. She spoke to someone who said he would put some tables together for us. When we arrived, we were told that "we don't take reservations and there is no room for you." The person was rude and dismissive. We are a local group, and eat out often and stay in Cape May to support our local businesses, but that establishment will never be on our agenda. We like to be treated well because we are a mature and well-behaved group, and expect to be treated that way.
