Cape May - Open discussion is fine when there isn’t any knowledge regarding a costly topic. Knowledge comes with research. The current library is cute, but it doesn’t serve the needs of those of us who wish or need to do serious research on any topic. Serious research provides the best available choice regarding a topic. Everyone on the council has a mouth and a voice, and shouldn’t open their mouth unless they can support their comment with solid research. It appears that only two on council research public concerns and collaborate to provide the best choices. We're better off because of this.
