Cape May - The only thing scarier than a rabid liberal is a rabid ultra-conservative. Somewhere in this country, there must be some rational people who are not afraid to be politically incorrect and take both extremes to task. The far right and left are fighting for control of this country, and most of us sitting here somewhere in the middle are praying for a common sense, moderate Messiah to arrive. Most of us have morals and a work ethic; we believe that life's benefits should be earned, not bestowed, and there should be no participation trophies. Reasonable compromise is healthy.
