Cape May - Once upon a time in a dying seaside town a group of small business people tried to save their businesses and town by starting festivals to draw people. The success came and the town became prosperous once again. Then one by one these events were taken away and placed outside of the town by people who were in government and outside vendors who knew better. Familiar?
