Cape May - Once again, the lights on top of the West Cape May bridge were off. Why are the lights always off? Can the county not pay the bill? Cape May is always on. This is the third time I've complained about this. I don't like coming home at midnight, after work, and having to worry about someone, or an animal, crossing the street and not being able to see them. What is the problem?
