Cape May - The Ocean City spouter claiming Bush wasn't responsible for Sept. 11 needs to go to his library and read the independent Sept. 11 commission report. They clearly wrote the Bush administration ignored all the signs leading up to it, and they also stated that the Clinton administration had warned them.
