Observed the new bollards at the Cove today.

Cape May - Observed the new bollards at the Cove today. Who approved the positioning to block access for motor vehicles in an emergency to the beach. The vehicles must cross at the base of the pedestrian ramp which will be an accident of serious consequences. Isn’t there a Beach Safety Board that makes safety recommendations? Those bollards will more than likely collapse if a vehicle, golf cart , or bike hit them. They are not sufficiently strong. I will say the area looks nice.
