Not sure what is going on with kids breaking in to buildings and

Cape May - Not sure what is going on with kids breaking in to buildings and nothing is being done. Last year we caught 4, had them on video and police were right there to pick them up. We wanted to press charges. Nothing was done. That was the 4th time that year. We have 6 kids on video trying to break in on July 4th. One kid even had a local high school tee shirt on. Let’s see what happens. Next door neighbor had 10 kids break in and do damage over $2000.00 , nothing was done. What does it take. No wonder kids think they are entitled. What is your story?
