Cape May - To the North Wildwood spouter who was upset a loose dog scared his wife, I have become so scared I rarely walk my three dogs around town anymore, a daily routine I used to love. I don't know what has happened except I think this goes along with the lack of respect for our fellow citizens. Their large dog was more important than their fellow humans. It's even worse when a dangerous breed is running loose. I now carry mace and am looking into a concealed weapon. Tell your wife she is not alone.
