Cape May - No dogs / pets on the Washington Street Mall. It's the law. Start enforcing it. No driving golf carts down a one-way street. Stop riding bikes through a red light. If things are not enforced and only ignored because no one wants to be bothered, then why have the laws / rules? More police presence is needed.
