Cape May - With no clear understanding from City Council on proposed new Safety Building it is very surprising the Cape May City Taxpayers Association should issue their opinion on the matter. I understand the TPA called a meeting without announcing it on their web page or by e-mail to its members. I believe a board member very close to the current administration was the prime mover in what can only be described as a biased and unfair, unrepresentative meeting without many members attending. I suggest the opinions reached by the board should be considered null and void
