Cape May - Nine years after it was erected, Cape May is now questioning whether the ugly chain link fence around the water tower on Madison Avenue is really necessary, or whether it can be replaced with a more attractive wrought-iron fence. However, just a few years ago, the city installed another ugly chain link fence around the dog park on Lafayette Street; a main gateway to the city. Can someone please help me understand this?
