Cape May - Nepotism is rampant in our school districts. We have people who have Republican connections (fathers, husbands, freeholders, etc.) who get administrative jobs for these under qualified people. No interviews, no experience needed. Let's not even get into conflicts of interest that abound. Find out if your school administrator had any experience or was hired without the proper administrative background and required principal or superintendent certificate. Cape May requires a superintendent certificate, as does any district-wide administrator in the state. Principals require administration experience. Kids are suffering.
