Cape May - Most higher animals attract mates either with their appearance or superior strength. Nature designed that and the prettiest and most healthy and competent animals reproduce and help the species survive. There is nothing "sexist" or improper about men and women preferring attractive members of the opposite sex. There is also nothing wrong with wanting to look nice and be fit as a matter of self-esteem and wanting to attract a " mate." Intelligence and competence don't hurt either. Let's stop making believe that pretty or handsome does not count. Even if all of us aren't as handsome as we want.
