Cape May - For the moment, Kim Jong-un has backed off his attack on Guam. Now, we know he is an unstable megalomaniac, but can we guess what motivated his change of heart? How many vote that he felt that the sanctions showed the world community was displeased? How many vote that he came to the realization that we would actually shoot back and inflict terrible damage to his country and hence his regime? Appeasement hasn't seemed to work and he doesn't care if half of his population starved, as long as he can feed his army. Of course, this isn't over, let's wait for the other shoe to drop.
