Cape May - Mayor Zack Mullock, your comment in The Star and Wave about making sure your lines to City Council meetings should not be entertaining enough to have lines outside. You should be so lucky. All citizens should be able to attend a council meeting. Not just 10 like Councilman Bezaire suggested. Keep the meetings live stream just in case those that are lining up to see what the new council is up to can't take a seat in City Hall.
