Cape May - Maybe someone in the black community can answer this question? Why is so obvious when traveling thru a black neighborhood most of the homes have security bars on the windows and doors? This is especially noticeable in neighborhoods like north and west Philadelphia, west Atlantic City, and areas of Camden and Newark.
