Cape May - Mark DiSanto, running for Cape May City apparently has no idea that back in the early 1990's a marina was proposed for the very location that he wants to build one. The plan was rejected by Cape May City residents. As a separate question, where will Mr. Disanto get the funding and how will he get the necessary approvals from DEP, FEMA, other environmental agencies, and the City of Cape May.
