Cape May - Many thanks to a North Cape May spouter telling the truth about feral cats and the disgusting colonies, a do-gooder idea that went very wrong. In Cape May, I wonder who gave permission to put tin plates of cat food outside of some stores surrounding our supermarket. I highly doubt it is condoned by the owners, especially as that parking lot has been recently updated.
