Lower Township wants it both ways.

Cape May - Lower Township wants it both ways. Cape May pays over one-third of the cost of the Lower Regional H.S. budget because of property values, not number of students. However, Cape May's representation on the school board is based on the number of students. How does this make sense? I believe that the board should reflect the amount of money the communities contribute.
