Cape May - Look the West Cape May parade has been happening FOR YEAR'S, And I'm pretty sure traffic has been the same, and yes people set up reserved seats and such. But have also taken the time to go there early and do so. You need to dress for it and be prepared to be in the weather to watch it, I mean that's not gonna change. You wanna go, you have to prepare,dress for the occasion, and go early, and unless they stop the parade, it's NOT GOING TO CHANGE...so stop complaining, please
