The longest tenured member of the Planning Board is an investor

Cape May - The longest tenured member of the Planning Board is an investor with Cape Resorts. Does the Planning Board require him to abstain from voting since there is obviously a vested interest in some decisions ? There is probably only a select few as knowledgeable in the realm of developmental, but after more than four decades of service, maybe its time for some new blood.
