Cape May - As a local, I don't mind receiving parking tickets if I'm late to the meter because I'm obviously in violation. However, when I receive a summons that never ended up on my windshield and then I get charged a late fee for it, I become furious. Maybe the town should start implementing proper windshield wiper lifting seminars so that the meter maid and/or Class II officer can become proficient.
