Cape May - Labor Day Weekend in Cape May: Seems the rules don't apply to some tourists. Dogs on the boardwalk, some leashed, some not, leaving gifts for others to see. Bikes on the boards after 10 a.m. Fishing in designated swimming areas. Lack of lifeguards since mid-August. Campers parked next to the boardwalk for the day. Too bad some visitors can't appreciate what we pay for through our investments of an area that we love and appreciate.
