Cape May - Just finished reading in The Herald about the "Pop Up" beach parties and how they are not authorized on the Wildwoods beaches. Hmm. Do you really think that will stop these "Pop Up" anything's that WILL definitely occur in Wildwood this summer. If it is not out of control cars doing burnouts on the streets, now it will be out of control drunks and stoners on the beach.
