Cape May - Jordan Neely's family say Daniel Penny "murdered" him when he was simply protecting everyone else on that subway. Not one of the dozens of people on that subway said Penny did anything wrong. All during the police interview Penny stuck to his story and every witness backed up Penny's story down to the letter. Everyone on that train saw Neely as a threat, they told police Neely was a threat and they never changed their story. Penny never should have been charged! This is another big defeat for Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg who is nothing more than a glorified ambulance chaser!
