Cape May - It's ridiculous the spouter's advice to the poor resident assaulted by a builders constant generator noise is to offer the job site the homeowners electricity.The builder runs a lucrative business and should treat all job sites professionally.Instead I PRAY to understand why he provides electric at some of his job sites but not others.UNFAIR AND INCONSIDERATE ...the city needs to address this issue to prevent noise pollution and environmental damage from a large diesel engine running consistently.
