Cape May - It's hard to accept that the road construction scheduling, detours, traffic modifications they made a terrible mess that residents and visitors have had to endure. The Mayor and Council need to make policy changes that this does not happen again. The real test now is how soon these new road surfaces will be cut open to make repairs that should first have been addressed.
