Cape May - It's been over 35 years since the city required homeowners to recycle their trash. Bottles, plastics and paper in one can. Trash in the other. That is all nice. But why is the city still operating their street storm drains where all the rain water along with street debris gets pumped into our ocean. Never understood this.
