Cape May - It would be nice if City of Cape May erecting or remodeling an existing structure and letting visitors and locals in our town know about the discoverer of Cape May, Captain Cornelius Jacobson Mey, who landed on the island in 1623. He, along with many others contributed to our town and that knowledge should be shared for all. The Nation's Oldest Seashore Resort.
