Cape May - It is very disturbing that the animal control officer of Cape May stated he had a trap set for the dog roaming for months! The rescue group trapped him in one day! That poor dog was left out in storms for months .Animal Control of South Jersey should be called NON Animal Control. Tax dollars wasted.
