Cape May - It seems like when someone goes to the City of Cape May to get approval for a house, etc., they are not actually building what was on the plans. Take Washington Street for example. Plans were brought in and the property is up for sale again. Whoever purchases the property should have to file for new plans. Cape May can make more money by enforcing mercantile licenses on rentals. There are many homes being rented and no mercantile licenses or fire inspections. Take a look.
