Cape May - It has been months now reading about the L.T.E.S. Transportation Department. What is the administration going to do about the situation? Why are these employees being allowed to work under so much stress? At this point, it's beginning to look bad on the higher-ups, not taking care of this employee. Let's wake up and look at the big picture and what/who the real problem is. Soon the administration will be calling all parents to say they have to drive their own children to school, because that department can't keep any employees.
