Cape May - Isn’t throwing a cigarette considered littering? Witnessing smokers trashing our beaches has gone too far. On Labor Day weekend, we watched a Cape May beach tagger at the west end of town pace the boardwalk on his “break” and then toss his cancer stick into the dune. Wish police would enforce this disgusting act and fine these individuals.
