Cape May - Irony is not being allowed to replace a sinking brick walkway with brand new concrete that matches cape may city sidewalks (which we also paid to replace after someone tripped on a city sidewalk and sued the building), while across the street someone is allowed to plop two condos on top of a tiny former cafe.
