Cape May - Investigation needs to be opened against a business in town for hiring a falcon to hurt the seagulls in the city! It’s against the law to hurt seagulls and by hiring an outside person with a falcon to hunt seagulls is illegal!

It is my understanding that the hawk is used only to scare the seagulls away, not hunt them.
