Cape May - Instead of pumping 15 million of sand onto Poverty Beach this winter give me the money. I will build low income housing for the summer workers, build a 300 bed homeless shelter for the County homeless and build a parking garage.These structures will last a lot longer than the sand pumped down on Poverty Beach.
