Cape May - Independence Blue Cross is living up to its slogan "Live Fearless" by giving six free Narcan prescriptions every month. I sure hope they also give free prescriptions to others who have life-threatening illnesses. It is such a drain on family resources when someone is diagnosed with a dreadful disease through no fault of their own.
