Cape May - I'm a contractor, a small business, trying to get by, like most people. I work hard. Paperwork/permit day was Feb. 12. I went to Avalon and picked up two permits, then headed to Cape May, and City Hall was closed for Lincoln's birthday. I'm going to guess this is a paid holiday. Thank you for closing when no other entity was closed.
