Cape May - I'm confused as to the Spouter complaining that the Lower Township Teachers Education Association (correct name) doesn't publicize elections of potential new members. There was plenty of information posted and distributed to all eligible Association voters. Information was provided at scheduled meetings and posted in all schools.
