Cape May - If you watch the sunset at the cove at the end of Beach Avenue, like a seasonal clock the sun sets right over the water off the point starting around the first day of fall. It sets further offshore every day until December 21st and migrates back to the lighthouse on March 21st making for some great fall and winter sunsets. It’s just another cool thing about Cape May. Sometimes it gets supplemented by a full moon and birds migrating south in the fall. Fantastic.
