Density, overdevelopment, drain on resources etc. How about putting something down town that is family friendly for the average working man. My family has been year round residents since the early 70’s, I had a home in OC and left there because of overcrowding. Also, can you imagine the chaos a project of that magnitude will create in that tight area. God help Cape May.
