Cape May - If I hear one more county resident say, "I seen him," or "I seen her," I'm going to scream. Proper grammar is "saw," as in I saw him, or I saw her. It's past tense. They may say I have, had or have seen him, but never "I seen him." Educators, do what you must to rid students and their parents from using seen in the past tense.
