If this country wants to save jobs and help the unemployed then

Cape May - If this country wants to save jobs and help the unemployed then they need to start encouraging businesses to start hiring prior "criminals" who are more than willing to work and would be grateful to have a job and a second chance at surviving. How can anyone expect criminals to turn around if we keep kicking them down?
