Cape May - I watched a City Council meeting in October but ran out of patience watching Deputy mayor Sheehan asking the same question 4 times, hoping for an answer she would like. Gave up watching. Then I decided to give it another try this week and, much to my dismay, watched a repeat performance. The meetings would take half as long if she did her homework before the meeting
