Cape May - I watched another NJ Transit bus speed down West Perry Street. This is such a dangerous situation. I can’t drive, bike or walk out of my driveway without fearing for my life. I don’t want to hear about who has the right of way. All vehicles have brakes. All must obey the speed limit. All should be aware of a congested area of residents, pedestrians and bicycles. Slow down.
