As I was walking to work on the Cape May Mall I overheard worker

Cape May - As I was walking to work on the Cape May Mall I overheard workers talking about the cost of sewer repairs on Lafayette St. I sat on a bench in the park to listen to their conversation. My question is… If what I heard is correct will the cities reserves cover the cost. My observation is why is council doing pet projects and where is the money coming from to pay these bills. The City Manager should report expenses monthly as previous administrations have done. Please report cost of ALL projects.
