Cape May - I was leading a group of 80-year-olds on a trip to Cape May. We had tickets for an architectural trolley tour. We were one ticket short. There was an empty seat on the trolley. An older gentleman at the trolley sales refused to allow me to buy a ticket for that seat because they couldn’t generate another ticket on the computer. I needed to be with that group and he would not budge on the decision to allow me to pay and use that seat. He kept saying he never had a problem in all his years. This was a problem where he was intractable and due to a computer, lead a group of 80-year-olds.
