Cape May - I was in Cape May walking with my family, when all of a sudden, a battery comes from mid-air and almost hits my 3-year-old in the head. I look up and on the rooftop of a building at the mall were three teens throwing things at people. Real nice Cape May. What is this town doing? The parents didn't even seem to care. Teach your children some respect.
